Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within Pakistan We currently ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Delays Horrain Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
